My name is Roxy, I am 30, mother of 2 beautiful boys, ages 5 and 3!
Having two boys + working full time keeps me super busy, but I'm ready to change my life, to eat healthy and to get this weight off!!!
A little background on me....my heaviest was 188 and no i wasn't even pregnant, it was before my babies. I started FS at 173lbs sept of 2010. I've managed lose about 25lbs but i would like to lose another 20 more. Losing the first 25 lbs were really easy, I watched what i ate and tried to exercise 2-3x a week. But now, its so much harder to lose weight. Since i already eat very healthy and exercise regularly my body has adjusted to my healthy routine.
The past few months i've been between 145 and 150. I'm determined to lose another 20lbs. I'm only 5'2 and weight range should be 108-121. I would love to be 120 and sooo determined to lose this weight!!!
I've adjusted my goals and hope to make some progress before the end of the year!!!
1ST GOAL: 139 - just because i want to not get stuck in the 140's.
2ND GOAL: 131 - So close to the 120's i can taste it!!
3RD GOAL: 125 - the last 5 LBS!!!!
4TH GOAL: 119 - MAINTAIN THIS WEIGHT!!!
