My name is Roxy, I am 30, mother of 2 beautiful boys, ages 5 and 3!
Having two boys + working full time keeps me super busy, but I'm ready to change my life, to eat healthy and to get this weight off!!!

A little background on me....my heaviest was 188 and no i wasn't even pregnant, it was before my babies. I started FS at 173lbs sept of 2010. I've managed lose about 25lbs but i would like to lose another 20 more. Losing the first 25 lbs were really easy, I watched what i ate and tried to exercise 2-3x a week. But now, its so much harder to lose weight. Since i already eat very healthy and exercise regularly my body has adjusted to my healthy routine.

The past few months i've been between 145 and 150. I'm determined to lose another 20lbs. I'm only 5'2 and weight range should be 108-121. I would love to be 120 and sooo determined to lose this weight!!!

I've adjusted my goals and hope to make some progress before the end of the year!!!

1ST GOAL: 139 - just because i want to not get stuck in the 140's.
2ND GOAL: 131 - So close to the 120's i can taste it!!
3RD GOAL: 125 - the last 5 LBS!!!!
4TH GOAL: 119 - MAINTAIN THIS WEIGHT!!!

Starting again
I'm starting this diet, a friend at work recommended it to me and she lost 11 lbs in 17days. She eats two fruit servings (before 2pm), two yogurt servings per day, + unlimited lean protein, veggies (no starchy ones), lots of water and green tea! Whatever i lose, i'll take it!!! Smile

Salad - What do you put in yours?
WOW What great salad ideas!!!!, i definitely jotted some down for my own use. I usually put chopped celery, red peppers, carrots, green peppers, and red leaf lettuce, i sprinkle some parmesan cheese and some balsamic vinergarette, and add lime juice and some cup up grapes. I also like adding garbonzos or beans, for the extra protein.

Kat - i do that too!!! just so i don't get bored of what i eat, and to get new ideas of foods/snacks!

I do salads with lots of veggies with grilled or boiled chicken breast. Also, fish and lean meats, and beans have protein. Also eat hard boiled eggs (w/o yolk). I like eggs, cuz they are soo low in calorie. I also keep unsalted mixed nuts at my desk to snack on. Have you ever tried hummus??? that's also a good snack, with carrots and celery, its a pretty good dip. They also have multigrain english muffins that are low carb. Or even peanut butter is good too!
