Hi, My name is Cheryl and I just joined this site. I need to lose 25 pounds, and I am hoping that eating more protein is "where it's at" to "get rid of fat!"
I have decided to try a different approach than restricting calories and daily weigh ins, since these two strategies have not worked at all!
