Being vegan has changed my life. Since being vegan I have lost 90 pounds. This happened in about a year. I have so much energy and feel so amazing. My hair, skin and nails are so healthy. People compliment me often and tell me how gorgeous I am. I am starting to believe that I am beautiful inside and out. I want to be vegan the rest of my life. There is no turning back for me. Vegan means a plant based diet no dairy, meat, fish, eggs. I do also watch how much sodium I eat. For junk food I have stopped eating regular chips(fried in oil) and now eat baked chips. I feel and look good isn't that enough to keep doing what I am doing? I think so!

What do you truly wish for yourself besides weight loss?
I want to be the creation that God designed me to be. I have 35 more pounds to lose to reach my goal weight. I don't weight to be my focus in life. Life is full of so many things than worrying about my weight. God did not design any of us to be overweight.
