I'm on the trek to be the healthiest me I can be. I'm happy with my relationships, my work, my home, but I need to get happy with ME. Seems like I should have figured this out when I was 25, not 35...suppose I'm a bit of a late bloomer...but better late than never!
I recently adopted a vegan lifestyle and will live it until there's a physical and/or moral reason not to (which I don't see in the near future). I love to cook, try new foods and combinations of foods, and figure out what fuel is best for my body.
