In the last six months I've put on 25lbs. Most of it has been in the last few months. Although i've been told I look good, my clothes don't fit and I don't want to buy a new size. Also in the last six months my mother has been loosing weight and is wearing my clothes. I want to wear my clothes again. Also my doctor would like to see me get back to the gym. He says it will help with my sleeping problems and mental health. Also medications I am on cause some weight gain so I need to fight that gain.

I really want to try it. I've heard the same that it's a really good work out. There is a place where I live that is all they do. I'm trying to talk a friend into going with me. If you do it please post what it was like.

Exercise Buddy
Ok, so I'm not really "Dieting". I'm trying to eat better and go to the gym. My doctor says I should get someone to go with me, but my friend (who is a member at the same gym) doesn't feel like going to the gym. My doctor told me to find someone else to go with. Honestly, I would rather go by myself, but I need a buddy to help me hold myself accountable. I'm 29 and have always been small. I love my smaller clothes. And I'm wanting to fit back into them again. I'm at 134lbs right now. I'm working to get back down to the 109lbs I was last spring. So anyone who wants an exercise buddy let me know.

Obsessed?
If I get busy I sometimes forget to eat. I'll go a whole day either without eating at all or only eating a granola bar. It usually has to be doing something I like. At work this doesn't happen. That is probably because of the stress. Of course, the stress makes me want to eat more.
