I'm a 47 year old female. Two years ago I was completely out of shape and over weight. At my worst, I weighed 222. Currently I weigh 161 and am very fit. I have transformed from a couch potato to a fitness queen. I enjoy running (ok... I don't truely enjoy it yet but I do it cuz it helps with weight control) and I workout several days/nights a week.

I have changed my life style from eating crud/junk to eating healthy. To be honest, I eat MORE now than I did before but it's different things. What I eat totally effects how I feel. If I eat crud... I feel like crud. If I eat healthy, amazingly I feel great and full of life. Funny how that works.

If anyone would have told me that I would be healthy like I am today five years ago, I would have laughed and made up every excuse WHY I couldn't be healthy. I finally jumped in, made a committment to myself and I have never regretted it. I truely believe eating right and staying fit is the fountain of youth and dang it.. I'm gonna fight getting old and out of shape the entire way.
