My job requires extensive traveling (about 160 days/year) so this is my main challenge.
I have lost 40# in 2009 (July) on a low carb but managed to put back about 18#.
I have been trying for about 3 month now to lose some weight again but I am just STUCK at 155. I am enrolling today on a tighter controlled diet and putting in more exercise and hope something will shake up.
