Hi, my name is Carrie and I just turned 30 in October, 2011. I really am having a hard time with turning this age because my life really hasn't turned out as I'd hoped or expected. I have had a difficult couple of years and I'm trying to get through this tough time. I figured I better try and get some of this extra weight off that I've slowly put on over the past couple of years. Hopefully this will motivate me to make the appropriate changes in my life to move forward. About 6 years ago ( I can't believe it's been that long already), I lost 60 lbs in about 6 months and I kept it off for 4 years. Slowly, but surely, I let the weight creep back on. Before I have to lose that 60 lbs again, I want to get a handle on it. I'm here to give and receive support and motivation. It is so much easier having support that you can count on. It really makes the journey less daunting, knowing there are others right beside you, making the same journey. Good luck to everyone with your goals! Thanks for the support!
