performance: losing 2.6 lb a week
In the morning I eat a three egg (using only one of the yolks) omlet with tomoates, green and red peppers, mushroom, onion, and goat cheese on top, with fruit, lunch I have a fruit plate with kiwi, cantelope, apple, rasberries, blueberries, and almonds for protein, dinner I eat chicken or fish using Extra virgin olive oil and any natural toppping I choose with any veggies I desire(roasting in oven with EVOO) Try putting almonds in the food processor until they look like bread crumbs and coat your fish with them.....Yummmyyyyy!I even have a glass of red wine. I vary the fruits and veggies all of the time, and really take my time eating and enjoying my meals! The weight is simply melting off, about a half of a pound every day. I have lost 9 pounds in just over 2 weeks. I tried weight watchers and it took me almost four months to loose 10 pounds. This Ultametabolism is not a diet, it is a great way to live. Like they say...if man made it don't eat it.
