Today is my first day of taking responsibility of my weight. I say I am on a diet or I have joined the diet programs but never really followed it completely. I am the type of person that wants to see results right away. My goal is to lose 1lb a week. I am doing this because I want to stick around long enough to see my grand kids when I get some. I want to see what strong, independent woman I have raised. I am doing this because I love my husband enough to want to be with him for a long time and grow old together. I am doing this for me!
