A New Runner needs Help with her Shin splint!!!
Hi everybody!
I'm a new runner, maybe 2 months ago I started. I used to run three times per week (5km at a good pace).
Two weeks ago I incremented the frequency to 6 times per week (the same distance). The things is that I got a injury "shin splint" on my left leg, which made me stop running 4 days ago. I am desperate and with low motivation cause this new passion was my fav part of my day and It helped a lot to my diet.

Any of you know approximately how much does it take to disappear (the bothering feeling in my leg)?
And what can I do to get better? Sad
