Well here we go again, yet another start. I have been on here for quite a while now but still have a hard time remembering to log my food or exercise (when I exercise that is). I need to start being accountable. No one can do this for me I have to do this myself FOR myself. It isn't about being skinny its about being healthy. I need to remind myself of this every day and just get up and do it.
