I have been overweight for the majority of my life. Had a period in my twenties when I was at my ideal weight & then I got married! My husband was a chef in the Navy - get the picture!
I have been on the yo-yo diet for so long & am currently at my heaviest.
I have no kids, love reading & I do cycle to work each day. Not as energetic as it sounds.
I know I will have bad days as well as good. Dieting is as much a frame of mind as it is what you eat & the exercise you do.
