I'm a single mother of a 16 year old girl. I work full time during my day job and part time at night and weekends for my second job. My day job is a desk job my night job is retail. I do a lot of walking during my retail job. I have a treadmill at home collecting dust because I am so tired when I get home all I want to do is rest. My day starts at 5:30am and I get home by 9:30pm. I would like to lose 35 pounds. I would welcome any suggestions or help.
