Through a series of ridiculous accidents, most of which involved very tall shoes, I have essentially wrecked both knees. Then in July of 2014, I broke my leg and now have some lovely internal jewelry! As a result, I have gained a whopping 40 pounds!
Now that I am recovering and ready to start working out again, I need to get back on a healthier diet and regain my overall good health! Let's do it!
