November 2011, I got married and was at my heaviest, 207 lbs. I decided I wanted to get my weight down through diet. I found the fat secret app, set a goal of 185. A few months later, I got down below 185. I stayed below 190 for a while, then moved up on the scale to around the low 190's. So now I'm back tracking again, with a new goal of 175. In high school I wrestled at 145, and stayed around 155-165 as my normal everyday weight throughout HS and college. So with a goal of 175, I'm a little nervous about it, and thinking 180 may be the ideal weight. So now I'm sticking with 175 as the target and then re-evaluate once I get there. I don't follow any diets, just common sense. Eat healthier, cut the bad stuff, exercise, and keep an eye on the overall calorie intake.
I'm very active on this and would like some buddies who are on the site and app regularly.
