I'm 27-years-old, living in San Diego, single, and so blessed with incredible friends. I work in research and development for a large restaurant chain which makes it really hard to eat right sometimes! I grew up in Southern California and have lived in San Diego for 10 years now. I have a beautiful Siberian husky/timber wolf mix dogchild who I love like mad. I'm not a full-blown crazy dog lady, but I walk that fine line everyday. My job is a very standard M-F 8-5, and in my free time I like to spend time with my friends and get outside of the house. San Diego is so beautiful and has so much to offer.
I'm mostly comfortable with my body and weight, but I feel like there's always room for improvement. I recently got into CrossFit which builds a ton of muscle, so I'm not sure how many pounds I'll actually be able to lose. Mostly, my goals are to rid my body of those unnecessary mushy spots (on the belly, booty, etc.), tone up, and get stronger. I've been doing CrossFit for about 7 months, and I really enjoy it. It pushes me to do things I didn't even think I was capable of doing.
I love FS because it helps me keep track of what I'm putting in my body everyday. It has made me more aware of what is healthy vs. unhealthy. I look forward to continually using it.
