'Hay ya'll just wanted to post that I'm back at it again. Getting back after my daughter was born six months ago. I've always been a fit person but got lazy. Doing a Carb cycle diet and it is rough. Of anyone has some low Carb high protein recipes please help. Any ways just venting thanks for listening. Wish me luck.
