27 yr old SUPER BUSY professional. I'm a ex-college athlete and have gained some major weight in the last couple of years. I have no time to workout anymore, with working 65 hr weeks. I got in a car accident that has made the weight gain even worse. Currently, my boyfriend and I have made commitments to lose the weight together. The challenge right now is he has never been active in his life and we eat totally diffent meals at different times. This is going to be fun....or not.

Looking for exercise ideas.... for a VERY busy professional.
Thanks for the ideas!! I guess I should include the fact I'm a traveling executive. I have 1/2 of the state of Washington for my area and drive 5 -7 hours a day. Thats where my problem lies. I leave at 6am and get home at 8pm usually. I'm looking into a gym in a area I have to drive though on my way home. We've been hiking and biking on weekend off too. I'm not motivated enough to do a workout at home.

Looking for exercise ideas.... for a VERY busy professional.
I've done tons of circuit training! Would love to find a gym with a pre-set up training cucuit like my old gym from the last town I lived in..... I hate the gyms around here, feel like they are all geared to the meat market.

Looking for exercise ideas.... for a VERY busy professional.
I work 65/hrs a week and have been searching for exercise ideas. I need quick, effective workouts. I'm going to try some yoga a couple nights a week. Anyone else have anything?
