Been out of shape for a few years and started to get really bad body aches when I was 15 years old and found out when I was 22 that I have fibromyalgia. Also cant do a whole of running or jumping due to knee surgery I had back in 2010 and it can cause early arthritis. I have a fear of following in my dad's footsteps with multiple heart attacks and he died back in early 2010. My grandmother on my mom's side also has heart issues so its a big concern for me.
