Hi Everyone!
I actually found the FatSecret App for my Blackberry and downloaded it. The app is very comprehensive compared to some others I have checked out...and it's FREE!! So far I am loving the website as well.
So, a little about me...I was always thin as a child, teenager and young adult, 115-125 lbs. When I met my husband I was 135 lbs. I met my husband 5 years ago and thought I could eat like him because I had always eatin anything I wanted and never gained a pound. Well, that caught up to me and here I am 30 lbs heavier. When I married him last August I was 150. Not my goal but definately an improvement. Since then I have gained the 15lbs back.
The sad part is that I know all the right things to do, it's just getting motivated to do them. As I said in my journal today, I am taking it step by step for a lifestyle change. This is not a diet!

Here's an off topic question since we all seem so bored...
I just had my second wedding, his first, in August. I have the same story as some of the other posts, big first wedding to please my parents. So, for the second one we decided on a destination wedding on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. It was amazing. We invited 100 people and 60 came. We rented condo's on the beach, had a private beach ceremony with a reception on the patio of a restaurant overlooking the water. It was a weekend long party!! We had such a blast. The nice thing about a second wedding is you can do it as big or small, as traditional or non traditional as you would like. I would not change one thing about our decision.

Eat as much as I want of... what?
I will have a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese on two lite rye wasa crackers for a snack. The crackers are a little card board-y but with the cheese they are delicious. Also, Jello makes sugar free Mousse and Jello cups for 60-100 calories each if you are craving something sweet.
