I actually found the FatSecret App for my Blackberry and downloaded it. The app is very comprehensive compared to some others I have checked out...and it's FREE!! So far I am loving the website as well.
So, a little about me...I was always thin as a child, teenager and young adult, 115-125 lbs. When I met my husband I was 135 lbs. I met my husband 5 years ago and thought I could eat like him because I had always eatin anything I wanted and never gained a pound. Well, that caught up to me and here I am 30 lbs heavier. When I married him last August I was 150. Not my goal but definately an improvement. Since then I have gained the 15lbs back.
The sad part is that I know all the right things to do, it's just getting motivated to do them. As I said in my journal today, I am taking it step by step for a lifestyle change. This is not a diet!
