Breaded Cauliflower~~~Help with this recipe carb count please
You would need to get the carb count for the amt of cauli you used, same for the egg and for the flour and add it all up (devided by the # of servings, of course)
Next time try roasted cauli - toss in seasonings and olive oil and roast at 350 for about an hour - and you don't need to use that flour.

I'm confused...isn't this an Atkins thread?
There is no low fat or low cal on Atkins, also no cereal or yogurt in Induction.
To the original poster - why do you not want to make eating olives at night a habit? They are allowed and good for you. Nothing wrong with that

Looking for alternative "sweeteners"
If you have already used up your allowable sweeteners, I can't think of anything else. Maybe cut back on the coffee and save one sweetener. Try mixing coconut oil (softened) with sweetener and some cocoa powder to make a chocolate sauce. Or add sweetener and vanilla to some cream cheese.

I find myself cheating a little here and there
Just so you know Loseitgirl1, the stricter you are in Induction, the quicker your cravings will go away and you won't need those snacks. Also, you need to be eating low carb for 3 days to get in a decent fat burning mode - even a small slip will knock you out of that mode.
Back in Feb, I started eating "Atkins-like", not being 100%. I lost and I gained and even after 3wks I still had cravings.
I am now on day 7 of very strict Atkins - NO cheats. I have NO cravings and am down 6lbs so far
Stick it out - it gets easier
