I try to be an active person. I enjoy riding my bicycle. So much that I went an entire year without a car. I sold my car and rode my bicycle to work. Awesome experience because I not only saved maintanance and insurance costs but with that money i was able to pay off bills.
Before work I take the time to go to the gym and exercise for at least and hour and a half.
My goal at the moment is to go back to my regular weight of 135lbs. Life happened and i lost a lot of weight. I dropped down to 118lbs. I have not been able to gain my weight back. I would like to apply myself and gain weight in a healthy manner.
