Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
My husband and I have this argument often! I have never been a morning person and prefer to wake up slowly! I keep telling him I have been like this for 60 yrs, won't be changing now. LOL Not too motivated if I have to get up earlier! I think we are all wired differently. My theory is I was born in the early evening.
