too many points on weight watchers???
That is great news! I have been so used to watching the low fat products that I didn't even consider this as a change I'd have to make. Thanks both of you for the supportful answers.

too many points on weight watchers???
Does this seem correct to everyone else? I have 37 points alotted to me each day. This seems like a lot to me. It is difficult to get all of my points in by the end of the day and if I exercise at all I am not sure how to count the activity points and be expected to eat those points too. Am I doing something wrong here?

undereating
I seems to have an issue with undereating. I weight over 300 pounds and eat anywhere from 600 to 1700 calories a day. My doctor tells me this is why I cannot lose the weight. But I am really having a hard time gettting more of the right kinds of foods to add up to the 1800 calories that I am supposed to have. Does anyone have any tips?
