I'm a wife and mother of two, in my early 30's that needs to stop eating so much food for flavor and start eat to be healthy for my family. I also need to lose baby number two weight.
I was doing the Beachbody 21 Day fix program before I got pregnant with baby number two. I plan to do the exercise part of it just not the eating plan. I want to start eating clean. My main problem area other than the way I self talk is my stomach. I know the best way to lose that is in the kitchen. My long term goal is to lose 63 pounds and keep it off. My short term goal is to lose 24 pounds so I can be in the "Onederland" I haven't been in the 100's for about 10 years.
