My name is Brittanni. I'm 5'11" and my current weight as of March 4, 2012 is 205.0 lbs. My goal is to lose 75 lbs by the end of the year (a goal weight of about 130.0 lbs). My lowest weight was 138.0 lbs which I achieved by healthy eating when I was 15. I'm 19 now and I have gained it all back plus 25 more pounds. I've been living unhealthy too long and I'm putting my foot down now. I'm going on vacation for my birthday in June and I want to lose most of the weight by then. I've got three months to do it, and although that sounds unhealthy, I'm going to achieve it by a combination of eating healthy, a raw food fast, and then 30-60 days of juice fasting. I was inspired by "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead". :)

Should I eat more to lose weight? I'm only eating 900 calories a day. I'm 23, 5'3" and 136lbs
You could try juice fasting! Watch "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead". It's a great documentary about juice fasting. It's healthy if you do it correctly!
