I have a wedding in September, where I am a bridesmaid. There are three other bridesmaids, one a size 6, so the pressure is on to look good on the big day.
I was thinking of trying the Herbalife, but it is so expensive, I thought I'd try a similar shake diet first and see if I can do it myself. My aim is to lose 10kg, to feel fitter and healthier. I go to the gym, but my aim is to do more cardio, (I've mainly stuck to Pilates and Yoga, which is great for flexibility but I need to shift the gut!)
Any feedback/advise is most welcome. I have a thyroid problem and I eat gluten free so hopefully this won't hold me back from my goal.
