I'm 17 years old living in China. A student attending the International School of Beijing.
I enjoy both sports and music. I do archery, horseback riding, tennis, volleyball, and swimming.
I'm currently on the Varsity swim team, swimming 9 times a week.
And for music I play the violin (11 years), double bass (2 years) and guitar (3 years)
I like fooooooooood

and I'm trying to lose weight because I wanna look nice!

Will someone tell me what I am doing wrong!!
It's probably because you've cut out all the carbs during the first two weeks of your diet. Cutting out carbs also stops the production of Leptin, which is a hormone that is produced to burn fat. No carbs = No leptin. Leptin usually depletes in 7 days starting from the first day that you cut out carbs.
Luckily, Leptin levels can be brought back up to 100% in just one day. So plan yourself a cheat day, eat the food you want. Pizza should be your best bet as it contains fat and carbs all together which boosts leptin levels and shoots it straight back up. Then for the next 6 days you are ready to burn fat again. But remember, Prior or after your cheat day, you should keep your carbs to a minimum so you get rid of the excess calories you consumed on your cheat day.

Men with too much estrogen?
I remember reading this on the internet several times before. When men have too much estrogen, they tend to store fat like women (not trying to be sexist... it's just what I read.) So is there a way to reduce a man's estrogen level to get rid of lets say, love handles and belly fat?
