I started the Atkins last Wednesday and have lost 9 Lbs. I was on this before and lost about 50 so I know it works and is a good way to lose weight. I'm going to change my way of eating for life! I feel so much better on Atkins my arthitis is doing much better, I'm not bloated I just love this Atkins.

Atkin buddies- induction phase support wanted
Hi everybody,
I too am on the atkins introduction. You can count me in as a buddy. This is like my third time I started back up March 5 and have lost 8 pounds so far. I have lost 60 with atkins at one point so I know it does work and makes you feel so much better! So hang in there and remeber if your not losing weight you are losing inches so not bad either way!

Back on diets started with the Military diet March 13th. weighing at 212 went to 207 in 3 days. went off for one day and back on March 18, weighing 208.6 ...
