performance: losing 0.5 lb a week

Well it is back to Atkins for me. I was up to my highest weight ever. I tried calorie counting, Advocare, and Slimquik and ended up gaining 12 pounds in the last year. I got bigger and my pocketbook got smaller. I began Atkins on November 5th, 2012 and as of today, January 3rd, 2013 I am down 20.6 pounds. I feel great and have more energy than I have had in quite a while.

Carbs
Another thing to watch out for is the low fat version of cottage cheese. Full fat is better on a low carb diet. There are more carbs in the low fat versions of cottage cheese or cream cheese. A low carb diet is high fat and moderate protein.

Weigh-in Error Message - Anyone else?
I use my laptop to record my weight. I get the error message every time I do so. But I go back to the home page and then check my weight history and it has recorded the new weight. It has been doing this for a few months now. The error message asks for details as to what you were doing when you received the message. I have filled this in a few times too. I use Chrome for my browser.

Do you post exactly what the scale says?
I weigh daily. I'm always afraid I will miss the down days if I weigh once a week. But I mainly record only my losses. However, after being on vacation for two weeks and not eating right I did record my gain of four pounds.(Didn't think that was too horrible) I got back on the Atkins way of eating and have lost my vacation weight already. Over all I am down 30 pounds since November. And my ticker isn't updating either!
