I was always on the thick side until I has my kids. Then it was a lost battle. I did lose on my own 150 pounds but have put back on almost 60 of it. I blame stress of changing jobs and finishing up college. I am not trying to get back on track. I have done this on my own with diet and exercise. I have not taken pills or had surgery. It is definitly something that you have to stick with and can't slack. It is extremely hard.
