Enjoyed a 4 day mini vacation, had lots of eats, ice cream sundaes and cheesecakes a few days. I will be going on a cruise in 14 days. Again, despite a vigorous work out each day, I do gain weight if I consume a lot of calories.

Stayed the same this week. I am very surprised. After enjoying mother's day dinner, cheesecake yesterday and other eats - very surprised. I will be going on my first mini vacation tomorrow to Saturday, hope all goes well.

I am a little surprised of my weight loss due to attending a barbecue Kentucky Derby fest. I ate a couple servings of sausage and peppers and chicken wings. I also attended a retirement function where I had a couple plates of grilled fish and pasta. Surprised and delighted - I abstained from having a full dinner meal yesterday.

Not good. I did just get back from a three day 2 night trip where I ate plenty.

Again not the upward trend I want to on. I do enjoy the feeling and look of the weight loss. I did have a tribute celebratory breakfast at work today; I actually had bagels with salmon-the same breakfast I had on the cruise. I had some tuna with crackers last night and I have been eating a lot of candied nuts. I have been enjoying having nacho chips with lots of salsa sauce on both Saturday and Friday evenings at the Empire. All in all I am still keeping hopes of reducing to 185lbs.
Wish me luck. By the way I will be traveling to Buffalo for a 3 day conference, so eating will not be very healthy or strict. So much for the luck!
