performance: losing 1.9 lb a week
i m 46 married 28 yrs , we have three boys 28,24,17 . looking to liveing a healthy life at a healthy weight.6 months ago i weighed 334 i was involve in a 12 week weight loss class and lost 48 pnds through counting cal. eating healthy drinking plenty of water and exercize and weight resistance ,but since then i have gained 10 to 15 pnds back. you know cookies cakes donuts . now i feel terrible in comparison to when i was eating healthy . i am going to do the 30pnds to thanksgiving challang ,it starts in two weeks , i am going to try to lose more than that and live a more consistant healthy lifestyle , i have found that i like to be involved with others that are have the same goals to help each other out .the health risks of obese people like myself is life threatining ,. so i must take this seriously !
