June 30, 2015: The longer I live, the more I believe that being free of the pull of food or of any stronghold is to truly live free and peaceful lives. Am very thankful to Gwen Shamblin and her Weigh Down Ministry for t her teachings on how to end the slavery of food, and eat the way God intended us to eat, the way we used to eat when we were children. Now that summer holidays are here, and am less distracted with work, hope to shed the last remaining pounds. My prayers and encouragement go with all of us here on this journey. Special blessings to my FS buddies of many years!! Excited to join you in your efforts!! Love and peace to you all:)
