So happy and excited to be here again--has been so long!!! Lots of good memories of my buddies, their lives, and their wisdom. Really miss that inspiration and connection!!

Had a cancer scare and subsequent surgery on my back last year. Very glad to have been pieced back together and have a clean bill of health bless the Lord! Hope to get back to running ASAP, just taking longer than expected. Learning to be content with walking. Meanwhile have turned to God and the Weigh Down Method to help me watch my weight, using Bibilical teachings and a spiritual/mental emphasis to become more mindful about my eating habits. Praise God it is keeping me at a decent weight, but still many days ahead to get these extra 8-10 pounds off!! The PEACE and JOY of those days when I get it right is good.:)
