Exercise Diary
I dont use the exercise tracker..just the food entry! I log my own exercise in a calendar..it doesnt tell me how many calories or anything burned..its just a mental note to myself to keep me on track more or less!

Starting Atkins in January!
I think this is a great diet..its so much easier than counting calories of bland food that you hate putting in your mouth only to find out you really cant consume much at all and end of starving yourself!

Starting Atkins in January!
Hubby and I are starting it tomorrow officially...dont want to wait...but we started working out two days ago as well as maintaining a low cal diet...tomorrow tho like I said..starting induction phase..

Better to work out at night/morning?
I prefer to work out in the morning as well..to get it out of the way otherwise I will find myself making excuses..I also just seem to wear out by early eve..it's hard at first to get up and do it..but by day 3 it seems much better..I so need to get back to this..harder in the winter I must say!
