45yr old Iraq War veteran & avid weight lifter...I started hitting the weights at 13 and fell head over heels in love the very 1st time I touched a weight...its my 1st true love lol...Ive gone through times where I was very overweight but im trying to get into great shape now and staying that way for the duration
