I've been vegetarian for 15 years, and I am very conscious about sustainable/green/whole foods eating. But since I had my child (6 years ago, now!), I've been overweight. I know that much of it is planning & scheduling healthy foods, and since my husband, child and I all eat differently, it's a struggle just to get food on the table. Plus, I'm in love with cheese and bread!!
My goal is to return to my pre-pregnancy weight of 145 through healthy, sound eating and exercise, and to break away from these bad habits I've developed over the last few years.
