I am a mother of three wonderful children.Two girl, one 7 and one 3, and one son who is 22 months old. I am also a dedicated wife. I love life, dancing, and drawing. I want to lose weight for me and for my family. Everyone says I am ok the way I am. But I know in order to feel better about me, I have to do this for me, to move forward and truly be happy! I have never had a problem with my weight until after my son was born. Surprisingly I was actually smaller while I was pregnant with him. After the birth of my son my life became complicated and I stayed stressed out. Food became my escape, I guess you could say. My husband had a stroke when our son was 8 months old, not long after that he was diagnosed with seizures and cancer. Proud to say that 14 months later my husband is doing great, seizures are mostly under control, and he is in remission! Now time to focus on me! I joined a gym, I see a weight loss doctor, and I am following a strict diet. I know that I can do this! I have to get healthy. I am young, 26 years old and Diabetes run in my family on both sides, as well as high blood pressure, and heart disease! I was told that I was at high risk as well! I have to change. It is a must... I can only pray that I can hang in there. I never knew losing weight could be so hard. I welcome any advice and I hope that everyone on this site truly succeeds and reached their goals as well!
