My name is Benja, and this past year ive had it rough, having almost everyday an migraine attack and dealing with mono at the same time. This made me spend most of my time in bed, and gaining 10 kilos, also due to medicine. So, with 70 kilos i overweight.
Now im going to lose it all.
And gain back my confidence, and nice body. :)

PS. I could really use your motivation!

Sugar addiction?
Hi guys.
I really think i have a problem with sugary things, no matter how full i am i can just eat a whole thing of cookies etc.
Whenever im hungy i try to eat something good that will fill me up, but after that im always craving for something sweet. No matter what i eat really.

So it really is an addiction, any tips on how to kick it? Smile

Vegetarian Question
Its really not neccesary to count protein.
I have been a vegetarian all my life, and have never paid attention to my protein intake.
And Im definatly healthier than my meat eating friends.

And go to the grocery store and look for 'fake meat', tofu etc.
Buy some, experiment and see what he likes!

Food at school?
Hi guys!
I need some help.
Here in the netherlands the school doesnt prepare lunches for us, youre supposed to bring your own stuff.
So, most kids go to the grocery store next to school and they buy cookies and such EVERYDAY. Its insane.
Im having a really hard time saying no; i usually bring some fruit but its not always enough.

Any ideas for food that i could bring to school with me?
Most other kids bring sandwiches, but i dont like how that tastes anymore after its been in a little plasticbag for hours and squashed by my books Smile
