I am a happily married woman with three (almost adult) children. I am highly motivated to be the healthiest me. I love being outdoors; fishing, walking a trail, swimming, sitting on the porch, biking, grilling! After years of looking for that one thing to help me lose weight, i have become extremely tired of all that garbage. I need to eat and think better!
