I hit ketosis and no one is sharing my joy......
Ennh, the common thought nowadays is that ketostix are a waste of money. If you're eating under 50g of carbs a day, you're in ketosis. Generally the sticks shouldn't indicate more than a trace or small amount if you're drinking enough water. Water dilutes the ketones, and they are also released in your breath.

You're on the right track girl, stick to the list of acceptable induction foods, drink your water, and limit your sweeteners... you'll do fabulously!

BG 4.7 KT 1.3 Returned from the low carb cruise and didn't gain anything more than water weight!
