Exercise and Weight Diary
I don't like the fact that the site pre-programs in the calories burned. There needs to be a modification which allows us to put whatever we want in that or even zero it out and only look at the calories we burn doing specific exercises. And it would be nice if we could put in the exact calories that our heart monitors are providing rather than the calculator in this program. This program is VERY generous in what it says is burned during a spefific exercise.

Is there a way for me to modify this?
Also is there a report that I can generate which will show what my daily: meals and relative values for fat protein carbs plus show my related exercise and calories burned for that day?

Adding some foods
Hi, sorry if this has been answered a million times...I am a newbie. I would like to add my own recipes with the nutritional values and quite figure out how to do that. I mainly want to enter recipe with quantities of each ingredient along with total calories, carbs and proteins. Thanks in advance.
