I am 46 years old and have battled with my weight my entire life. Towards the end of summer, I was not feeling well at all. I knew I had to do something immediately. A friend of mine was very successful with this diet and encouraged me to try it. I am enjoying the South Beach Diet. It has been successful for me thus far. I enjoy the variety of food choices. My goal is to reach 140 lb. This was my weight at the age of 23. I am now twice as old and nearly twice as big. How ironic! I know I will reach my goal - one pound shed at a time.
