Do you guys track fruit?
Hello!

I was wondering how you guys felt about tracking fruit?

I know fruit has a high carb count, but I am only eating 1 cup of it maybe once a week at most. So should I track it?

I am not low carb or anything, but i do like to keep my macros at a ratio that my body seems to be burning well. My diet can be best described as a whole food, vegetarian CICO.
