Busy busy busy couple of weeks at work so I have not been making time to plan my meals before hand and am not making the tmie that I should for exercising. The event I am planning takes place on Monday and I'm hoping that I can find the time to revisit my diet after Monday night!

I'm starting my diet efforts back up with focusing on the Biggest Loser. I understand the principles behind it and am always looking for good ways to try something new! Please share any yummy recipes and espeically side dishes!! salads get old after awhile!! Thanks!

I really started to focus back on January 1st. It was a New Year's Resolution to begin going to the gym and eating better. I was doing great! I lost 7 lbs and felt a heck of a lot better!! Things starting picking up a lot at work and I began feeling overwhelmed and I think started focusing on those terrible comfort foods that we all look to for support! I was unable to get to the gym and now I'm feeling it. The Biggest Loser diet really helped me a lot before! It makes a lot of sense to help you live a healthy lifestyle but it requires a lot of planning beforehand (as do most diets). I'm getting refocused and aiming to drop those additional pounds that I've gained! Here's to round 2!
