Few work events today that surrounded meals made it tough to eat healthier... Tried to make up for it while I could with turkey burger for lunch and fruits and veggies for snacks but its possible I was too far gone at that point. Did an extra workout tonight, hopefully that burns it off a little bit! Got two bathing suits that I ordered delivered in the mail today... that should do it for motivation, yikes!

Getting back in the swing of things today. It's so tough with the holiday stress and temptations so I kept telling myself, what's the point... after the holidays. So as the holiday season comes to a close, here I am again ready and willing to drop those extra 10 lbs that I gained back after the summer!

With some ups and downs of the past two weeks my diet has seriously faultered. I haven't been cooking at home at all but when I eat out I've been trying to eat just appetizers for my meals rather than a full calorie loaded meal! Exercise has been minimal too, can't wait to get back in the swing of things and start feeling better about my exercise and eating habits!
