Terrified Dieter!
Hi, I'm about to start my diet the day after my birthday and I am so scared that it's not going to work. I tend to get demotivated when I see that I'm not losing anything. I'm worried that I'll fail again and instead just gain, making me more depressed.
I plan to do a regular daily schedule of everyday activities, incorporating a high intensity 4 min work out in the morning and a longer work out in the evening. I also have the Biggest Loser Wii game which I aim to play everyday. I also aim to eat around 1,500 calories per day.I have also bought I pin board with motivational images on it, including some I have made myself. These are the ones I have made:
I am worried it won't be enough. I am desperate to change and become happier. What do you think? Can I do it? Also, what are some techniques you have found works quickly for you?
