Finally, my weight has had a move in the right direction! Starting the Koko fit club 14 day burn diet today. I am concerned it has a lot of carbs - good carbs but more than I have been eating. There are a few things that I am not going to use. Tofu - I have decided to replace that with some form of turkey, and whole wheat english muffins and pita bread - I will just use the sprouted bread that I have instead. We will see what happens after two weeks. The two week liver cleanse will be over tomorrow. Can't say that I noticed a difference but I am sure my liver is happy. Dance class has moved to Mondays for the next two weeks and then it will be over! We practiced at a C&W bar on Friday night. Oh My! I was envious of those couples who moved so well together. We will get there one day. Happy Monday!

Greetings! Lesson 3 of country & western dancing last night. I just might get the two step down. Went to Jimmy Changa's for dinner and except for tortilla chips I thought I ate pretty well...soup and salad. I stepped on the scale and I gained 2 pounds. I am sure it is water gain from the salt in the chips. Started a 2 week liver cleanse this morning based on something on Dr. Oz's show a few days ago about not actually losing weight when you think you are doing all the right things. There were three things it might be and I decided that cleansing the liver one sounded right for me. The segment was based on "the burn" book by Haylie Pomroy - she was on the show. I am not going to follow her diet but I am using a liver cleansing product from the store by Enzymatic Therapy. I will let you know how it goes. Happy Wednesday!
