question (maybe dumb)
questions like this is the main reason I joined the forum. I travel a lot, so my meals are at restaurants a lot. so like TGI fridays, if I order say Jack Daniels chicken, on the the menu its listed with veggies, but on the fat secret app, there is no mention. I type that meal, and think i only get chicken. Do I have to add the veggies too?
or today I went to red lobster and got a maple glazed chicken. Menu states it comes with brown rice. Do I have to add the brown rice too, or is that figured into the meal? Thanks in advance to anybody that can help...
